Description
Custom DAFOs may require minor adjustments for optimal fit – learn tips and tricks for evaluating and enhancing fit, both at the initial fitting appointment, and over time.

Upon completion of this course, you will:
When evaluating the fit of a custom DAFO, be able to identify a good fit versus a poor one.
Be able to make common adjustments at the time of the initial fitting.
Be able to solve problems with custom DAFO fit or function through adjustments or change requests.
Be able to evaluate the function of a custom DAFO for expected outcome.

CEUs:
This course is approved for 1(S) credit by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Pedorthics. Participants must complete the final test with a minimum passing score of 80%. Cascade Dafo will submit names to ABC on a monthly basis.
